1 pkg. (500 g) spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tbsp. oil
1 each carrot and zucchini, cut into matchlike sticks
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, chopped
1 jar (640 mL) Catelli Garden Select Garlic & Onion Pasta Sauce
3 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 6 to 8 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce; stir. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Drain spaghetti. Add to vegetable mixture along with the cheese and parsley; mix lightly.
