2 Tbsp. oil
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1-1/2 cups Classico Organic Marinara Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting the salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender and release all their liquid, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Drain pasta. Add to pasta sauce mixture; stir until evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese.
