3/4 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Original BBQ Sauce
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 small cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) mixed button and cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 sweet onion, cut into wedges
6 beef strip loin medallions (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper

Step 1
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Step 3
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until vegetables are lightly browned and mushrooms release their liquid, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce mixture for later use. Stir remaining barbecue sauce mixture into vegetable mixture in skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
Step 5
Sprinkle meat with pepper; grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF), brushing with reserved barbecue sauce mixture for the last few minutes.
Step 6
Serve meat with vegetable mixture.
