Have leftover pulled pork and don't know what to do with it? How about trying these savoury pulled pork tacos which can be ready in just 30 minutes? Better than your average tacos, these flavourful tacos feature warm flour tortillas wrapped around a mixture of pulled pork, red and yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives and smoky Diana BBQ Sauce. And the cilantro-lime sour cream topping adds the perfect finishing touch.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add barbecue sauce and Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, cook tortillas, 1 at a time, in medium skillet on medium heat 1 min. on each side or just until warmed.
Chop enough cilantro to measure 1 Tbsp.; mix with sour cream and lime juice until blended.
Add tomatoes and olives to meat mixture; spoon onto tortillas. Top with remaining cilantro.
Serve with sour cream mixture.

Serve with your favourite hot pepper sauce, and lime wedges for squeezing over the finished tacos.
The tortillas can instead be heated in the oven. Stack tortillas, then wrap in foil. Bake in 350°F oven 7 to 9 min. or just until warmed.
