1 tsp. each black pepper, dried thyme leaves, garlic powder and paprika
2-1/4 lb. (1 kg) mixed chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed and drumettes
1/2 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Honey Dijon BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup apricot jam, warmed
2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Whisk oil and dry seasonings until blended. Add to chicken in large bowl; toss until chicken is evenly coated. Mix remaining ingredients until blended.
Grill chicken 15 to 20 min. or until done, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce mixture.

Use Your Oven
Heat oven to 450°F. Toss chicken with oil mixture; spread onto foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 min. Brush both sides of chicken with barbecue sauce mixture; bake 20 min. or until chicken is done.
This barbecue sauce glaze is equally delicious when prepared with any variety of hot pepper sauce.
Serve with carrot and celery sticks on the side.
