2 bacon slices, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
8 eggs, beaten
6 large whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1-1/4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese

How do I make it ?
Cook bacon and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until bacon is done, stirring frequently.
Add eggs; stir. Cook 1 min. (Do not stir.)
Cook additional 1 to 2 min. or until eggs are set, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Spread tortillas with ketchup; top with spinach, egg mixture and cheese. Fold in both sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style. Cut in half.

Invite the kids to help top the tortillas with the spinach, egg mixture and cheese, then roll them up.
Wrap the filled tortillas individually in foil to help keep them warm until ready to serve.
Serve with fresh fruit and a cold glass of milk.
