1-1/2 lb. (675 g) baking potatoes (about 5), peeled, cut into chunks
1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dried rosemary leaves
1 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 cup Heinz Tomato Juice
1/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1 cup frozen carrots, thawed
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 cup milk

Step 1
Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 to 25 min. or until tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add garlic and herbs; mix well. Stir in flour; cook and stir 1 min. Add tomato juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in carrots. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and top with corn.
Step 3
Heat oven to 350ºF. Drain potatoes, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Return potatoes to pan. Add butter and milk; mash until potatoes are smooth, adding reserved water if necessary to get potatoes to desired consistency. Spoon potatoes over corn.
Step 4
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until heated through.
