1/3 cup quinoa
2/3 cup water
1 cup Heinz Low Sodium Ketchup, divided
1 lb. (450 g) ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped
4 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
2 egg whites, lightly beaten

Step 1
Place quinoa in fine-mesh sieve; rinse well under cold running water. Place quinoa in medium saucepan. Add 2/3 cup water; stir. Cover. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until quinoa is tender and water is completely absorbed. Spoon into large bowl; cool 10 min.
Step 2
Heat oven to 350ºF. Reserve 1/2 cup ketchup for later use. Add remaining ketchup and all remaining ingredients to quinoa; mix just until blended. Shape into 6x4-inch loaf on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake 40 min. or until done (165ºF), spreading with reserved ketchup after 30 min.
