Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Prepare Kraft Dinner as directed on package; spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in ham and shredded cheese.
Step 3
Mix bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over Kraft Dinner mixture.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until hot and bubbly.
