1/2 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, red peppers, snow peas)
