1 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, divided

4 cups vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped

10 chocolate wafer cookies, crushed

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.)
Step 3
Spread 3/4 cup peanut butter onto brownie; cool. Refrigerate 30 min. Meanwhile, remove ice cream from freezer; let stand at room temperature until softened.
Step 4
Add nuts, crushed cookies and 1/3 cup chocolate chips to ice cream; mix well. Spread onto brownie.
Step 5
Spoon remaining peanut butter into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or just until warmed; stir. Drizzle over ice cream mixture. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
Step 6
Freeze 3 hours.

Line the empty pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Use as directed to prepare this delicious dessert. When ready to serve, use the foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
