1/4 cup Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp

Step 1
Heat broiler.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients except shrimp until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup; refrigerate for another use. (See tip.)
Step 3
Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers; place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Reserve half the remaining peanut sauce to serve with the cooked shrimp; brush shrimp with remaining peanut sauce.
Step 4
Broil shrimp, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally. Serve with reserved peanut sauce.

How to Use the Reserved Peanut Sauce
Refrigerate reserved 1/4 cup peanut sauce for up to 2 months. Use as a dip with cut-up fresh vegetables.
