1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1/2 lb. (225 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 lb. (450 g) fresh green beans, trimmed, cut into 2-inch lengths
6 cups medium egg noodles, uncooked
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) Heinz Beef Gravy
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 container (79 g) French fried onions, divided

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Cook meat and mushrooms in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until meat is done, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Meanwhile, add beans to large pan of boiling water; cook 3 min. or until beans are softened and bright green in colour. Remove beans from water with slotted spoon; immediately add to bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let stand until beans are completely cooled; drain.
Step 4
Add noodles to pan of boiling water used to cook the beans; cook as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain noodles; return to saucepan. Add meat mixture, gravy, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and 3/4 cup French fried onions; mix lightly.
Step 5
Spread beans onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with noodle mixture and remaining onions. Cover.
Step 6
Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 20 min.
