1 delicata squash (2 lb./900 g)
1 cup slivered onions
1 Tbsp. oil
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Step 1
Heat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Trim and discard ends of squash; cut squash lengthwise in half. Remove and discard seeds.
Step 3
Cut each squash half crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices; place in large bowl. Add onions and oil; mix lightly. Spread onto 2 parchment-covered rimmed baking sheets.
Step 4
Bake 30 min. or until tender.
Step 5
Meanwhile, bring sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic to boil in small saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add butter and mustard; stir until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Keep warm.
Step 6
Spoon squash mixture into serving bowl. Add mustard sauce; mix lightly. Sprinkle with nuts.

For a touch of heat, add 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper to brown sugar mixture in saucepan before cooking as directed.
