Ever feel like eating those classic meatballs from your local furniture store, but don't feel like waiting in a long line? These tender meatballs and gravy taste just like the real thing - and they're so easy to whip together! They're especially delicious when served with lingonberry sauce. But they're also delicious when served with cranberry sauce or red currant jelly.

1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef
1/2 lb. (225 g) lean ground pork
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Original Coating Mix
1/3 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onions, divided
1 tsp. oil
1 can (284 mL) Heinz Beef Gravy
2 Tbsp. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
4 cups hot cooked mashed potatoes

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Mix beef, pork, coating mix, ketchup, cheese, egg and 1/4 cup onions just until blended.
Shape into 32 meatballs, using about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture for each meatball.
Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until done (160ºF).
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add remaining onions; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Add gravy, cream and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Serve meatballs over potatoes topped with gravy mixture.

For more colour and flavour, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Serve with lingonberry sauce, with a side of hot steamed fresh vegetables.
