1 cup crushed corn flakes
2/3 cup flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 lb. (900 g) chicken drumsticks
1-1/2 cups oil

Step 1
Combine corn flake crumbs, flour and seasonings in shallow dish. Whisk eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce in separate shallow dish until blended.
Step 2
Heat oil to 350°F in large skillet on medium-high heat. Dip chicken, 1 drumstick at a time, into egg mixture, then corn flake mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each drumstick with each ingredient.
Step 3
Add chicken, in batches if necessary, to skillet; cook 15 min. or until golden brown and done (165ºF), turning after 8 min.
