1/2 Claussen Dill Pickle plus 1 Tbsp. pickle juice, divided
1-1/4 cups Heinz Tomato Juice
juice from 1 lemon
2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1 cup ice cubes
2 slices fully cooked bacon
15 g Cracker Barrel Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese, cut into 4 cubes

How do I make it ?
Cut pickle piece lengthwise in half to make 2 thin spears. Blend pickle juice and all remaining ingredients except ice, bacon and cheese in blender until well blended.
Add ice; blend until thickened. Pour into 2 glasses.
Warm bacon as directed on package; wrap around pickle spears. Thread onto 2 skewers along with the cheese. Place on tops of filled glasses.
