1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tub (227 g.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
6 bone-in chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) new potatoes, quartered
1 onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

How do I make it ?
Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Cook chicken in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until thighs are evenly browned on both sides. Remove chicken from pan; set aside. Discard drippings from pan.
Add potatoes and onions to pan; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Return chicken to pan. Pour prepared chipotle sauce over chicken.
Bring sauce to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and potatoes are tender. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with cilantro.

Prepare using 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs or 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, increasing the cooking time for the potatoes and onions to 5 min., and reducing the final cooking time to 15 min. or until chicken and potatoes are done.
