2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
1-1/3 cups granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini (about 2 small)
1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped, divided
1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup icing sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk oil, granulated sugar and vanilla until blended. Add to flour mixture; mix well. Stir in zucchini and half the chopped chocolate.
Step 3
Spoon zucchini mixture into prepared pan; press into even layer on bottom of pan with back of spoon.
Step 4
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool 30 min. Use parchment handles to remove brownie from pan. Cool completely.
Step 5
Microwave remaining semi-sweet chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 to 2-1/2 min. or until almost melted; stir until completely melted. Add cream cheese product and icing sugar; mix well. Spread onto brownie.
