2 cups flour
2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1-1/4 cups Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
2 cups granulated sugar
2 large carrots, shredded (about 2 cups)
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
2 tubs (280 g each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Whipped Frosting

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine dry ingredients. Whisk eggs and mayonnaise in large bowl until blended. Gradually add sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add dry ingredients, carrots, and pineapple; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 3-L fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife. Invert cake onto wire rack; gently remove pan. Cool cake completely.
Spread frosting onto cake.
