1 lb. (450 g) beef sirloin steak, cut across the grain into thin slices
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup each slivered red onions and thin red pepper strips
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
4 large flour tortillas

How do I make it ?
Heat 1/4 cup vinaigrette in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
Add vegetables and bean sprouts; cook 2 to 3 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Spoon meat mixture onto tortillas; top with lettuce. Drizzle with remaining vinaigrette; roll up.
