1/4 cup Renée's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup tightly packed arugula
1 pear, cut into thin slices
8 prosciutto slices

How do I make it ?
Heat panini grill.
Spread 4 bread slices with dressing; cover evenly with half the cheese. Top with arugula, pears, prosciutto and remaining cheese.
Cover with remaining bread slices to make 4 sandwiches.
Grill 4 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.
