1 large skin-on salmon fillet (2 lb./900 g)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon zest
2 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Place fish, skin side down, on foil-covered baking sheet; season with pepper.
Step 3
Mix dressing, tomatoes, onions, lemon zest, mustard and garlic until blended; spread over fish.
Step 4
Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. Press gently into dressing mixture to secure.
Step 5
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and topping is golden brown.
