1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 jar (650 mL) tomato sauce
2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
3/4 cup Renée's Caesar Dressing
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 pkg. (375 g) oven-ready lasagna noodles
2 Italian sausage links (180 g), sliced
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Add ground beef; cook 10 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in tomato sauce.
Step 3
Mix ricotta and dressing until blended. Spread some of the tomato sauce mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with 1/3 of the noodles; cover with layers of half the ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the tomato sauce mixture and half the sausage. Repeat layers. Cover with remaining noodles and tomato sauce mixture; sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover.
Step 4
Bake 1 hour or until heated through, uncovering after 45 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
