This colourful salad uses a variety of summer fruits. Or for a change of pace, prepare using whatever fruit you have on hand.

1 avocado, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
4 cups tightly packed mixed baby salad greens
1 cup mango slices
1/4 cup each blueberries and raspberries
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup Renée's Poppy Seed Dressing

How do I make it ?
Toss avocados with lime juice.
Combine salad greens, mangos and berries in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly. Transfer salad to a large platter.
Top with avocados just before serving.

Prepare using your favourite fruit combination. For example, substitute apricots, peaches or pears for the mangos; and/or blackberries or dried cranberries for one of the suggested berries.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. toasted chopped almonds or walnuts before serving.
