1 lb. (500 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots and red pepper)
1 can (10 fl oz/280 mL) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in broth. Bring to boil.
Step 3
Stir in rice and dressing; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is cooked through.

Use zucchini, yellow squash and red peppers for cut-up fresh vegetables. Prepare and cook as directed. Sprinkle with 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese; cover. Cook an additional 3 min. or until melted.
