1 whole chicken (3 lb/1.4 kg)

Step 1
Mince 2 garlic cloves; mix with dressing until blended. Place chicken in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray; brush with dressing mixture.
Step 2
Refrigerate 15 min.
Step 3
Heat oven to 350°F. Place remaining garlic cloves around chicken in pan.
Step 4
Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done (170°F), basting with pan juices after 30 min.
Step 5
Remove chicken from oven; let stand 10 min. before serving with the roasted garlic cloves.
