1 onion, chopped
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1 Tbsp. Classico Basil Pesto di Genova
1-3/4 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1-1/4 cups milk
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until softened. Add chicken, spinach and pesto; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Stir in broth and milk. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min.
