1/2 cup Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar

Step 1
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Step 2
Cover 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place ribs, meat sides up, in single layer on prepared baking sheets.
Step 3
Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Pour ketchup mixture over ribs; cover loosely with foil. Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF.
Step 5
Bake 1-1/2 hours or until ribs are tender, turning every 30 min.

How to Know When Ribs are Done
Ribs are done when the internal temperature tested in the thickest part of the ribs registers 160ºF. For best results, use an instant-read thermometer to test the meat, being careful to not let the thermometer touch any bones.
