1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Prepare Kraft Dinner as directed on package, omitting non-hydrogenated margarine. Meanwhile, brown meat in large nonstick skillet. Stir in tomatoes and Italian seasoning; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Combine Kraft Dinner and meat mixture; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 10 min. or until casserole is heated through and shredded cheese is melted.

Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
Substitute dried basil leaves for the Italian seasoning.
