How do I make it ?
Brown meat in large nonstick skillet. Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Add pasta, water and sauce. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
Sprinkle with cheese.
