Cut melon lengthwise in half; scoop out seeds. Drain melon halves well. Meanwhile, prepare jelly as directed on package following the Quick Set Method.
Step 2
Place 1 melon half, cut-side up, in each of two bowls. Fill centres with jelly.
Step 3
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Cut each melon half into three wedges to serve.
