1 cup large flake rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1-1/4 cups water
1/3 cup oil
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, chopped

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine oats, nuts, sugar, butter and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; mix well.
Step 3
Beat cake mix, eggs, water, oil and remaining cinnamon in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min. Stir in apples.
Step 4
Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with oat mixture.
Step 5
Bake 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool.
