Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Cut cheese into 12 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Add apples; toss to coat.
Step 2
Place crackers on baking sheet. Top with cheese and apples.
Step 3
Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

Use Your Microwave
Top crackers with remaining ingredients as directed. Place 8 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or just until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
Shortcut
Substitute prepared cinnamon sugar for the sugar and cinnamon.
