8 Cracker Barrel Old White Cheddar Cheese Slices
8 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
1 red apple, cut into thin slices
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup maple syrup

How do I make it ?
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat.
Place 1 cheese slice on each of 4 bread slices. Top with apples, remaining cheese slices and remaining bread slices to make 4 sandwiches.
Whisk eggs and milk in pie plate until blended.
Dip sandwiches, 1 at a time, into egg mixture, turning to evenly moisten both sides of each sandwich with egg mixture. Place in hot skillet.
Cook 2 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
Serve with the syrup.
