Step 1
Core 6 medium apples and cut in half. Mix together 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product, 2 Tbsp. chopped sunflower kernels and 1/4 cup chopped raisins.
Step 2
Spread 1-1/2 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture into hollow of each apple half. Serve immediately. Or, reassemble each apple by placing cream cheese sides together, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
