1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar blend sugar replacement
2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1 Granny Smith apple, grated (about 1-1/4 cups)
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk eggs, milk and oil until well blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just unti moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in apples.
Spoon into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over batter. Press lightly into batter.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
