1 medium tart apple, peeled, coarsely grated

How do I make it ?
Mix grated potato and grated apple in bowl.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet on medium heat. When oil is sizzling, spoon 1/3 cup potato-apple mixture into skillet. Press down firmly so grated mixture forms a pancake or rosti. Cook 7 min. or until underside is golden brown.
Spoon 1 tsp. cream cheese product onto rosti. Turn over with spatula; press down firmly. Cook an additional 7 min. Place on serving platter. Repeat with remaining mixture.

Make 2 large rostis
Spoon half of the potato-apple mixture into skillet. Cook on medium heat 10 min. Melt half of the cream cheese on top of rosti. Turn over with spatula and cook other side until well browned. Repeat with remaining mixture. Cut each rosti into 6 wedges to serve.
Prevent potato and apple shreds from browning by soaking in lemon water to cover until ready to use. Make sure mixture is patted dry before cooking.
