Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Beat first 4 ingredients with whisk until well blended. Combine cabbages and carrots in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 3
Meanwhile, place chicken in single layer in shallow pan; brush with remaining peanut butter mixture. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF); cut into strips.
Step 4
Spoon cabbage mixture onto platter; top with chicken and onions.
