2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted, chopped
2/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing, divided
12 rice paper sheets (8 inch)
3 cups shredded napa cabbage
3/4 cup sliced green onions (about 6 onions)
1 red pepper, cut lengthwise into 36 thin strips, then crosswise in half
24 sprigs fresh cilantro

Step 1
Combine chicken, nuts and 1/3 cup dressing.
Step 2
Soak 1 rice paper sheet in bowl of hot water until pliable. Remove from water; place on work surface. Spoon 1/4 cup cabbage onto bottom third of rice paper sheet; top with 1 Tbsp. onions, 6 red pepper pieces, 2 cilantro sprigs and about 2 Tbsp. chicken mixture. Fold over opposite sides of paper, then roll up (starting at bottom edge of paper) to completely enclose filling.
Step 3
Repeat with remaining rice paper sheets and filling ingredients.
Step 4
Cut each spring roll diagonally in half.
Step 5
Serve as dippers with the remaining dressing.

These easy-to-make spring rolls can be prepared ahead of time. Place, seam sides down, on large sheet of plastic wrap, then top with damp paper towels. Wrap tightly. Refrigerate up to 12 hours before serving.

How to Toast the Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavour. MICROWAVE METHOD: Place up to 1 cup of nuts in a shallow microwaveable dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec. STOVETOP METHOD: Place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. OVEN METHOD: Spread nuts onto bottom of shallow baking pan. Bake in 350°F oven 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
