1 Tbsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 3 limes

1 fully cooked spiral-cut boneless smoked ham (5 lb./2.2 kg)

1/2 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Honey Garlic BBQ Sauce

2 Tbsp. honey

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Mix marinade, lime zest and juice until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade mixture. Pour remaining marinade mixture over ham in shallow pan. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
Step 2
Heat oven to 350°F. Transfer ham to rack in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with marinade mixture from bottom of pan. Cover loosely with foil.
Step 3
Bake 30 min. Meanwhile, mix reserved marinade mixture with remaining ingredients until blended.
Step 4
Brush ham with about half the barbecue sauce mixture. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until heated through (140°F), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
