3 lb. mixed chicken drumettes and chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
1 bottle (350 mL) Renée's Asian Sesame Vinaigrette
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

How do I make it ?
Toss wings with vinaigrette in large bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat oven to 400ºF. Remove wings from marinade; discard marinade. Spread wings onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 30 min., turning after 15 min. Sprinkle with chives before serving.

Serve with carrot and celery sticks, and Renée's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping.
