2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard
3 cloves garlic

How do I make it ?
Use pulsing action of food processor to process ingredients until smooth; pour into saucepan.
Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently. Cool.
Refrigerate until ready to use.

Omit chipotle peppers. Season with hot pepper sauce to taste.
For milder flavour, prepare using regular Heinz Tomato Ketchup and just 1 chipotle pepper in adobe sauce.
This flavourful sauce can be refrigerated up to 1 week before using as desired.
