4 cups frozen bite-size seasoned shredded potato nuggets
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/3 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Step 1
Bake potatoes as directed on package. About 15 min. before potatoes are done, brown meat with onions in skillet; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
Step 2
Top meat mixture with cheese, bacon and potatoes before serving.

Bacon Cheeseburger-Stuffed Peppers
Prepare meat mixture as directed in recipe. Cut 4 sweet peppers lengthwise in half; remove seeds. Spoon meat mixture into pepper halves; top with cheese, bacon and frozen potatoes. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are golden brown.
