1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
6 eggs
1-1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives

Heat oven to 300°F.
Step 2
Spoon 1 tsp. bacon into each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Blend eggs, cottage cheese, cream cheese and shredded cheese in blender until smooth; spoon into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle with chives.
Step 4
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until knife inserted in centres comes out clean. Run knife around rims of cups to loosen egg cups from pan. Cool 20 min. before removing egg cups from pan to serve.

Make Ahead
This fun-to-eat recipe can be prepared ahead of time. Bake and cool as directed. Refrigerate up to 3 days. When ready to serve, place egg cups in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. or just until heated through.
