1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
6 eggs
2 green onions, sliced
8 slices bacon
4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Prepare Kraft Dinner as directed on package; spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Whisk eggs and onions until blended; pour over Kraft Dinner.
Step 4
Arrange bacon slices in lattice design on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet. Place in oven along with the frittata.
Step 5
Bake 15 to 17 min. or until bacon is crisp, and eggs in centre of frittata are set. Remove bacon from oven; cool slightly. Meanwhile, top frittata with Kraft Singles; bake 1 to 2 min. or until melted.
Step 6
Transfer bacon to paper towel-covered plate with spatula; drain. Use paper towel to flip bacon over frittata; remove and discard paper towel.

Prepare the baked bacon lattice as directed, then serve over any casserole that you bake in an 8-inch square baking dish, such as a meatloaf or cottage pie. You can also use the latticed bacon to make 4 BLT sandwiches. Just cut it into 4 smaller squares, then use to fill 8 toasted bread slices along with the lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
