1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crusts (1/2 of 400-g pkg.)
3 Cracker Barrel Swiss Cheese Slices, cut into quarters
6 slices cooked peameal bacon, cut into bite-size pieces
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
1 tomato, thinly sliced

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Line 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge. Arrange Swiss cheese pieces evenly on bottom of crust; top with bacon.
Step 3
Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour into crust. Sprinkle with onions and shredded cheese; top with tomatoes.
Step 4
Bake 15 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; continue baking quiche 25 to 30 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
