2 Tbsp. corn starch
3 small cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Renée's Spring Herb Italian Vinaigrette
1 onion, chopped
4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Whisk corn starch, garlic and vinaigrette until blended. Cook onions and bacon in large ovenproof skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until bacon is crisp around the edges, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and pepper; cook 5 to 7 min. or until tomatoes are softened, stirring occasionally. Add corn starch mixture to skillet; cook 2 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk, parsley and Parmesan; stir just until blended. Drop into 6 mounds over ingredients in skillet.
Step 5
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until topping is golden brown. Cool slightly.
