1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
6 figs, cut lengthwise in half
2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing
6 slices bacon, cut crosswise in half

How do I make it ?
Spread cream cheese product onto cut sides of figs; brush with dressing. Wrap figs with bacon, overlapping ends of bacon under figs. Place, cut sides up, in shallow pan.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until bacon is crisp.
Drain on paper towels.

Either the purple-black Mission figs or green Calimyrna figs work well with this recipe.
How to Tell When a Fig is Ripe
A ripe fig will be soft to the touch and may extrude a tiny bit of juice from the stem. To help retain the shape of the cut figs, cut the figs lengthwise in half through the stems.
