3 cups cooked short-grain rice, cooled
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
85 g Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 16 cubes
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
1 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Combine rice and Parmesan; shape into 16 balls, using about 3 Tbsp. rice mixture for each ball. Press 1 mozzarella cube into centre of each ball; reshape ball if necessary so mozzarella is completely enclosed with rice mixture.
Step 3
Empty coating mix into shaker bag. Add rice balls, 1 at a time; gently shake bag to evenly coat rice ball with coating mix. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Serve with pasta sauce.
